Additional Booth Representative registration will open August 3, 2026.

Exhibitor Registration Opens: July 8, 2026
Fee: If registered by October 8 ($250 late fee starts October 9). Includes a pipe-and-drape booth, a skirted table, and two chairs.
- $1,000 ($1,250): 1 table/booth
- $1,500 ($1,750): 2 tables/booths
- $2,000 ($2,2550): 3 tables/booths
Booth Representatives: One representative is included for 11/10 ONLY. Additional representatives can be added for $550. These additional seats are valid for the full conference (Nov. 10-12, 2026)
Last Day to Register: October 20, 2026
Setup: 1:00–5:00 p.m. (formal) on Monday, November 9 (please note this date/time correction)
Exhibit Hall Open: 12:00 pm–7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10
Take Down: After 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10
- Hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available at the reception. If you wish to purchase drink tickets to hand out during the reception, please contact Jennifer Okerstrom, Jennifer.okerstrom@rivercentrecatering.com. Drink tickets must be purchased by November 3.
*Discounts on your second and third booth will be applied as you add the additional booths to your online cart.
